I count Knots Landing towards Dallas as it was a spin-off of Dallas.

All very tacky & false....Who wakes up first thing in the morning ,raises their heads from the pillow & their make-up and hair are unblemeshed? But I suppose Dallas was the best of a bad bunch!

None of the above. Knots Landing, it had a great theme tune. And William Devane was in it. He was great in the film Rolling Thunder. Classic '70's exploitation revenge thriller.
