An interesting array of answers to you important question. Some would be quite effective at a mundane level, of merely coping. Some are so out-of-it, you will be able to sort them out.
You might also try this: When you find yourself getting frustrated with the world, ask yourself this question; “Is my frustration really being triggered by what’s out there in the world/universe or is it being generated because “I” really want the world/universe to be different than it is?”
If you can see that the real problem is not out-there, but the “I” that wants every thing to be it’s own way…then all you have to do is practice letting things be. With practice you will be absolutely amazed what begins to happen. For example, you will find that instead of getting angry at some @#**! you will discover a genuine compassion arising with the understanding of how the other person is trapped in their own darkness, lacking understanding or capacity to be other than they are.
Ok! I admit, this is not a easy answer, it takes years to perfect the practice of letting go of the “I” that wants everything to be just its own way, but you will begin to notice progress from the very outset. You will also amazingly begin to encounter others who practice the same way and are passionate about promoting global harmony through compassionate action for world peace, beginning with the one in the mirror. WORK OUT EXERCISE this always helps try not to get so frustrated to the point that you can not talk to someone. FIND OUT WHAT EXACTLY IS MAKING YOU FRUSTRATED. If all else fails but should not. PRAY TO GOD He can HELP with anything seek out Peaceable people to hang around persons who understand you and are willing to hear what ever it is that you are trying to say or do, This may/may not be a mental/emotional issue but whatever the case Try and Stay CALM, and try dealing with whatever it is that you are feeling and the time when you feel yourself headed toward that FRUSTRATION direction just take a deep breath count to ten and try and RELAX you will be just fine. SEEK help advice from a Physician if you are not seeing/feeling any results. TAKE CARE

I bottle up all my of anger and negative emotions until I'm alone. I then take it out on my liver by drinking as much as I can in a short period of time. I then plug headphones into my amp and being to play aggressive hardcore metal riffs while imagining what it would be like to choke the living Christ out of said person that causes the anger. I then usually have violent dreams wherein I'm running around in camoflauge pants and a tank top killing giant spiders with a super-chainsaw. Sometimes I break down try to bleed tears, and sometimes I just have mood swings that make me less pleasurable to be around than Satan himself. Sometimes I just drive around to blow off steam. It depends. I also remember a scene in The Karate Kid II where Mr. Myogi would calm down by breating in through the nose and out through his mouth and he said "When life seems out of focus, breath."

When someone tries to get me angry, I always have a decision how I want to feel..so I refuse to let anyone bother me, so I just let them talk what ever they want to say and when I am done listening I respond calmly and just tell them what I am feeling...other things I just find a solution to correct or deal with the situation...learned early in life to let people go who are negative in my life. And other problems just to fix them...life is Once so I choose to live a Stress less life...............try it you will be happy....oh if by chance...try just praying to GOD it really works....

I have several strategies.
I try to deal with it as best as I can. If I become very frustrated, I will walk away, when possible.
To releave pent up frustrations I will often go do things that will take my mind of them. Surfing the nets, cooking, etc.

Step back and try to relax. Tell youself that you have no control over the world and only have control over your reactions.
After a while, scream and do things that have a positive constructive. Such as working out or exercising.
