I started beading with Swarovski about two years ago after I was in a car accident just to keep myself occupied during recovery. I taught myself everything I know and eventually was offered a job teaching Beading Design and Technique at Michaels Arts & Crafts. That turned into my being promoted to Event Coordinator (while still teaching classes).

Check out Michaels ( http://www.michaels.com ) for some absolutely fabulous projects of all experience levels. Another good site is http://www.diynetwork.com .

Good luck!

A good source for jewelry making ideas and instructions is www.about.com and from there you can select jewelry making and can become even more specific than that. You might also want to look at www.hgtv.com they have a jewelry making show that has quite a few great ideas. And you could always do a Yahoo search for swarovski crystal jewelry and go from there.
I hope this helps.

I get my stuff from firemountaingems.com. They have a good selection of swarovski beads and their catalogs have all kinds of instuctions and projects.
