I have been experiancing sever cramps throughout my whole abdomin... I've been on my period for 9 days. Sometimes the pain is so bad I can't move... anyone know what could be going on with me??

My period only lasts 3 days normally and I just got put on Ortho Tri-Cyclen!

Are you on birth control? My first time with it that same thing happend to me. Usually I just wet a washcloth with hot water, squeezed it out, and put it on my lower stomach and layed down on my side and tried to sleep. Drinking something cold also helped, eating healthy, and doing exercises that help relieve your cramps. Or find something to do to keep your mind off of your pain

I hope you get to feelin better. I know how bad It sucks.

it could be a few differnet things...but is that your normal amount of days for a period or isnt it?If it isnt and youre having all this pain you need to see your GYN..and if you cant get in to see them in a short amount of time then go to the ER....but even if the pain continues and it is your normal amount of days you should go get looked at....like I said it could be many things

That is a question only a Dr. could answer after seeing you. There are so many things that it could be that I would not even venture to say anything without seeing you!!...

You are probably just experiencing normal cramps. Try to take ibuprofen or tylenol for the cramps. Also remeber that it might be flatuence...

I am not sure what is wrong, but I would go to the doctor for sure. That shouldn't be like that.

midol or pamprin can be youre best friends
but if it persists after youre period i would go
to the doctor

Could you be pregnant? You should go to the doctor and tell him/her what your symptoms are. You sound like something gyne is going on.
