My LAUNCHcast player (u kno...radio for yahoo) keeps getting stuck on “Tuning” and the song data will not display.....the Yahoo! Help said that i should delete files from my "Internet Explorer cache" but i don't know where it is!!
help??

go to internet options in the control panel and click the delete temporary files or cookies

To delete files from "Internet Explorer cache", click on the Tools menu item at the top of your screen. Then choose the "Internet Options" line from the list that drops down. Next choose "Delete Files" (that's in the middle of the next screen that comes up). Now click "ok" in the box that comes up. It may take a few minutes to finish deleting the files since there are usually a lot of them.

first answer is right. delete Internet files & off line pages and cookies . ..kill cookies every 2 or3 days any way.
