Mind your own business; you are the one that will lose, your job and your friendship. If you tell the wife and she forgives him then you’re fired! Couples fix everything in bed at the end. To do that out of jealousy will be wrong. If she is getting “stuffs” for sleeping with the boss, does that mean you will be willing to sleep with him so you can get stuffs too?

Seriously....I would tell your friend. Not because of the "perk" this woman is getting, but because what they are doing is wrong.
Be careful though, sometimes the woman being cheated on takes it out on the person telling the secret.
I had a very good male friend. I found out that his girlfriend was cheating on him. I let it go for a couple months and thought, you know, they have gotten engaged, he is a great guy, had never been married, just bought a house. I would hate to see it get thrown away by divorce because he would find out later and i could have prevented that.
Luckily, he was not mad....but he doubted me for a week until he one morning he went to work like normal and not telling anyone of his plan, parked so he could see the front of his apartment and saw his fiance leaving. He followed her to her "other" boyfriend's home. He went back home and put her belongings neatly on the porch and had the locked switched out by the landlord before she returned to his apartment shortly before she "thought" he would be returning from work.
He is now married and doing great. We still talk and he even thanks me once in a while for telling him.

Well I think that you shoudl talk to your co-worker and try to do something about it then. But if something like that happens again like they sleep together again or a couple more times than you should probably tell your BEst friend what is going on between her husband and your boss.

You are in a tough position because, if you tell the wife, you are getting involved in someone else's drama and that never turns out well for anybody. If you don't tell her, then she finds out that you knew, bye bye friendship. The best way to proceed is to anonymously report your boss for sexual harassment (he bestowal of preferential treatment based on sexual favors creates a hostile work environment for everyone). Then the issue will resolve itself without you getting involved in someone else's marriage.

This is hard, your co-worker is being bought and has no self respect, she and your boss deserve each other. As for your friend does she deserve to be decieved like this, you could hint that there's a rumour going around about these two and I am sure she will pick up on this.

Please ask yourself why you want to tell your friend/his wife.
Is it because you care for her and don't want her to have an adulterer husband? Or, does it have to do with the mistress and the treatment she recieves? The friend has a right to know.. But, if you tell her she may get angry with you and not believe you.
My best advice is to be able to have clear evidence for her so she can't deny what her husband is up to.. Maybe you can set it up to just be passing by the area the misstress and hubby are out dining at or something like that.. I hope all goes well for you..

i would tell her. But if you don't want her to know it was you, write a letter and send it in the mail with no return address. If you dont tell her and she finds out and then findsout that you knew then you could be risking a good friend. But be careful, if your boss finds out you told her than you could lose your job. I dont think you can legally get fired for something like that but i'm sure he could have enough pull to say it was another reason you got fired. If his job means anything then he would not want to look bad.

That is a crazy situation. Really if I was u I would not get involved. Just because I have been in a situation kinda like that on it can get very very messy. My best friend is married and her husband is my best friend also a she was the one cheating, well the husband kept putting me in the middle making me feel very uncomfortable. The relationship almost went to divorce. Just leave it alone I think.

Tell her, but before that, collect as much evidence as you can, because they will become highly valued in a few days.
What a juicy opportunity to be a fly on the scene, I wish i could be there sharing the moment ;)

Treat others as you'd want to be treated...if the tables were turned, would you want to know?
Bear in mind however, that if the boss finds out that you ratted him out (should you choose to do so), your job could be on the line.
