I love Pearls Before Swine, Baby Blues, Rhymes With Orange, Calvin and Hobbes, and Zits. And some more that I can't think of.

Speaking as an engineer, I have to say Dilbert.
That said, Calvin & Hobbes was amazing (own all the collections) and I'm really fond of Zits too.

I enjoy "Pearls Before Swine," but it can be kind of dumb. I like Dilbert, Shoe, and Rubes.

For retired strips, it's "Calvin and Hobbes" for its great sense of irony and that Hobbes reminds me of me.
For strips still running, it's "Get Fuzzy" also for the irony and the Canadian joke connections and also because the cat, Bucky, reminds me of me as 'Hobbes' on a bad day.
