It's a buzz word coined by right wing propagnadists in an attempt to prevent any serious debate about alternatives. How exiting Iraq after "mission accomplished" three years ago can be "cut and run" is beyond me.
Many people have a hard time with big words so this is easy for them to throw around and make themselves feel tough.

Brokeback Mountain is a movie about gay cowboys. those days, some human beings have become so ignorant that they imagine ALL cowboys are gay or something, I dunno. placed on your hat with delight! It does no longer mean your gay in any respect, so do not take heed to those pricks. And WHY did i'm getting thumbs-down? i have no longer something hostile to homosexuals. they're human beings, a lifeless ringer for anybody else.

I was ment to mean,cut your losses and leave so you dont lose anymore. like in gambleing....if your losing alot its time to cut your loses and leave
