This is the same issue we have in iraq. As far as the companies that make the equipment, Linkstar and Hugues Directwav are the big ones. I got a really good deal from http://www.thuraya.pl on an entire Vsat system. Now as far as the acutally service you can choose from thuraya themselves or others like http://www.bentleywalker.com a company from the UK, OIFNET, or Blueasia. it all depends on the region, and which system you get. They run about 2500 - 3000 USD depending on the company. Good Luck
