Sexuality runs on a continuum: extreme homosexuality on one end and extreme heterosexuality on the other. Most people fall somewhere on this continuum rather than at the extreme ends.
It really isn't necesary to catagorize yourself, but if you want to know, bisexuality is characterized by an interest in engaging in sexual activities with both sexes. It doesn't matter if you are on the giving or the receiving end of such activities.

This poses a very interesting question. I think we need to explore this deeply. Can one be semi bisexual? Or does the semi counter act the bi by bisecting it so that you are actually 1/4th sexually attracted to the same sex? In this case you are only going to stand 1/16th of the odds that you would otherwise to get 1/8th of the pleasure that 2/3rds of the population try to obtain when they go for 4/6ths of the fun. It's really more mathematically complicated than it is sexually complicated. My suggestion is to ask this again in the science category and I know they will be able to calculate your odds for you in just a snap!

I wouldn't consider that 1/2 of anything. You are still Bi-sexual. Whether you give or receive pleasure. Makes no difference at all.
If your partner is willing to be only on the receiving end then you should have no problem. (no pun intended...lol)
Finding a partner who may want to reciprocate might be the issue here.
