I can lift my body totally off the ground in a star-like shape. Can anybody else do this?

From a horizontal position, no (grin), vertically, yes, I can jump upwards in this position. I am assuming that you mean arms outstretched to either side and legs apart to form a 'star'. I have to bend my knees to achieve 'lift-off' but once I'm in the air, for a millisecond, I'm in a star shape. I suppose using a trampoline would make this look a lot more impressive.

No, but you are clearly a star. You are in the wrong place my friend. You took a right when you should have taken a left...
