THe thing is is that i have bad anxiety etc. and im wondering if the stomach feeling is just an anxiety symptom. I also feel very lazy and fatigued, mainly in my legs but i can still do very active things. Does this feeling happen to any of you and if it does how do i make it stop?

Oooo. You may want to speak to your doctor about this one. Nobody on here would be telling you truthfull things because I am sure non of them are health specialists. They would know what to do. Untill further notice, I would cut back the junk foods. Even though you eat the way you used to, the junk may be catching up to you. So take it healthy.

How is your diet? Do you eat a lot of fast foods or just too much junk foods in general? If so you should consider a more well balanced diet. I had a lot of these same problems, I noticed these symptoms were a lot worse after lunch breaks at McDonalds. After eating a good breakfast of eggs and toast in the morning and a ham sandwich at lunch I really started to feel a lot better. Try to eat less fatty foods and eat more fruits and vegetables. A good diet important for a good life.

You could be suffering from a number of medical conditions that cause symptoms like these, ranging from minor to serious. Epstein-Barr syndrome, Graves disease, thyroid or stomach cancer...

Go to a doctor and get a workup done to find out what is wrong with you.

It might be as simple as learning to breath properly, as you are depriving your body of much needed oxygen. Breath slowly trhough your nose until you can't take anymore air in and release slowly through your mouth. You might feel a bit dizzy, but is normal. You might also want to consider exercising regularly.
