put your hands under your butt and lift your legs (together) 6 inches of the ground and hold it for however long you can. thats for your lower abs. heres and excercise that i really like: position yourself like you would doing regular crunches but position your torso to the left.now crunch up to the middle and when you go back down, end up with your torso bent to the right. crunch up again and back down with your torso bent to the left. (i hope this makes sense). do it as many times as you can. its a killer excercise. do some regular crunches if you wish. during the day. make sure you sit with good posture. do not slouch. its helps. trust me.
