Your company can't force you to do direct deposit. Usually they offer an alternative in the form of a debit card that's loaded with your paychecks.
How many banks have you tried? You might be able to do something with an online bank, or talk to a manager at a bank to ask for assistance and advice. They might open a savings account only and you still get a debit card, just not a Visa check card.
Also try credit unions.

Pay the bounced check to chexsystems and they will let you open a bank account. And learn to be responsible person-why are you stealing for people? Because bouncing checks is exactly that-stealing.

Ask your company what you can do, they should beable to give you help. Alot od banks offer direct deposit, It just all depends on where u live & what banks are avaliable to you. In california, i know Golden 1 Credit Union does direct deposit. Or you can try Bank of America. But i would talk to your employer. Good Luck! & i hope i helped u!

You can open a secured checking account. That means that you put the money up first.
If that doesn't sound appealing, just don't do direct deposit. Tell your company that you prefer a physical check.

For saving, go to WWW.emigrantdirect.com, they have great interest rates. Check out your local bank by going to local.yahoo.com and search for banking.
