Pour hot water in a cup and add 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar.
(If you want, you can add a tea bag or some sugar, but I like it plain.)
Drink this every couple of hours or so. It will loosen and then dissolve the phlegm stuck in your throat.

It depends. It could be between a couple of days to a couple of weeks. It sound like you yelled yourself silly so I am guessing it will be better fairly soon.
Don't talk in the meantime to rest your voice. You could look for a home remedy on the web perhaps to help the healing.

Did you check under your couch? Just kidding! But honestly, I definitely recommend lemon juice with honey. But try not to talk too much. The doctor says that if you talk too much, you can stress your vocal cords, which can make matters worse. Good luck.
