There is no specific age. Some people are lucky enough for their cycle to end in their late 30s yet mid 50s is the typical time frame.

Everyone is different. I've heard of periods stopping when a gal is only in her twenties or thirties--but that's rare, when it happens "naturally." Usually, if a woman stops early, it's due to medical reasons, such as cancer, hysterectomy, etc.

MOST women reach menopause sometime in their early to mid-fifties. And it can take a year or two (or even more) for a woman to finish going through menopause. In other words, the periods usually don't just STOP, they usually start skipping more and more and then finally stop.

Depends, I have a family friend who stopped at 35. I think it depends on your body. But the usual is 40-50 years of age I believe....

What does this have to do with Art and Humanities?

Around fifty. When you start going through menopause... but then it's replaced by hot flashes and other lovely things. It can vary between women. My Mum's not fifty yet and she stopped getting it when she was 34 because she got her uterus removed and her tubes tied.

Around your 50s or 60s. When you're too old to have babies and still live to see them grow up.
