There are several ways.

1. Use your Cell phone and get the Internet Service. This type of service improves more and more all the time. You don't just get tiny websites, you get text messaging and regular e-mail. Both Google and Yahoo services work great on Cell phones. That means, searches, Maps, Hotels and countless other ROAD services. I think that every website should detect and display properly for Cell phone services. This is growing. PDAs, Blackberries are great

2. WebTV. While that has gotten smaller, and some service have stopped supporting it, many people love the fact that you can use WebTV on a huge TV and there is virtually no computer maintenance. These services should provide the connection FOR FREE and offer Broadband. Dial-up is LAME.

3. Regular telephone? Yes, an outfit called InternetSpeech at http://www.InternetSpeech.com offers an awesome new Voice activated Internet Service. This is ideal for use with a Hands Free device, but also great for people with visual impairments.

You could go to the library, they typically have one.

Some cell phones have limited Internet access.

The Palm Treo is a device (PDA/Cell phone) that can reasonably surf the web.

only a boring piece of pc. I propose heavily! virtually everythign we do in reality with our pc is one way or yet another meant for use with the web. So it like somone unplugging your xbox in a center of a tournament or you could;t open the door because you left the foremost interior. So your stuck outdoors doing no longer some thing once you may were interior resting and watching television.

I'd say to you that there is always a county library where you can use the internet for free, but time is limited at least an hour.
