I have 124 and I'm 12. I think that's pretty good since the test wasn't meant for kids my age.

I have no idea what 200 represents. The current theories of intelligence have created statistical profiles representing a population’s performance on the exams.

If you are asking about the existence of intelligent people that fall more than 2 deviations above the mean of a normal distribution – there is definitely a probability some rare individuals would be classified in this region.

Despite being treated like a freak and isolated from normal development. They would also enjoy the added pressure of being expected to solve every other person’s problems.

It is hard for a moron to fake being smart – however it would be easy for a genius to stay hidden.

The scale for IQ tests is x points for every standard deviation. Tests vary; the Stanford-Binet is about 16. So a score of 190 is about 6 standard deviations above normal. One out of every billion people would be expected to be 6 sdevs above normal. So a 200 would not seem to be out of the question, but there aren't a lot of them out there.

This may be bad for my profession, but I've had many subtests of my IQ score down in the 60's and 70's. I'm a practicing attorney.... Hmmmm... I don't think that means I'm mildly to moderately retarded.

In part of my practice I have to use IQ scores. The best way to view an IQ score is like a pointing finger. It's like pointing and telling the bird watcher, "your best bet is to look that way."

200 is not even real, this test is more theoretically, there is no one who know everything about everything without being out there on the "field"... it's even stupid to talk about stuff you think you know, without it even knowing it in practice.
I did couple of tests in different languages Dutch, German, English and Russian and result were 135, 142, 137, 149. The test are different, some say European are more complicated, but i don't give a damn...
But i don't feel my self retarded.
