eat sugar free candy. a lot of the addiction associated with chewing and cig smoking is really an oral fixation. Sugar Free Cream Savers and Jolly Ranchers taste a lot like the regular ones b/c they're made with Splenda.

Fing something else to chew....your oral fixation is the worst part of it...how about the nicotine gum? It would help on two factors...chewing and nicotine.

my husband has been trying to quit for many years now. Although he has attempted many times, nothing has worked. What I suggest is that you only attemt to quit when you are REALLY DONE. If you truly are not ready to quit, it will be too easy to keep doing it. There are support groups too if you're into that

Ew. Run an internet search for ORAL EFFECTS OF CHEW TOBACCO. The images should make you want to stop.
That is gross by the way. Bad breath, chunks in your teeth, spit cups/cans everywhere.
