How do I hide apps from msconfig list to prevent disabling ?

I want to install emule in a cybercafe machine. I hid it well but it seems they use msconfig to prevent emule to run at starup so i want to delete it from msconfig list without unistalling it.

If you want to run EMule, get your own damn machine!
