If using dial-up, just reconnect...
If not, then try using a free dialup (temporarily) to get a different IP
Static IP does NOT change (duh... that's what STATIC means!)
You can also try using a free proxy server to mask your IP

static ips do not change, not even every so often. Like mentioned above, you have a good chance of using a web proxy like https://www.kproxy.com (free) or https://www.c48.com (paid) to use as an anonymizer (misspelled?) or sometimes your mac address is logged into cookies for that particular site. if so you can change your mac address using macshift. (google it).

static ip means that it is static and doesnt change, idiot (commenting on previous posts)
and yeah, use a proxy to do it, google search proxy
u can also ask ur internet service provider to change it for u
