I have this "hole" in my chest and ive had it my whole life. While I was a little kid it never really bothered me but now im in my teens (16), it really has be subconscience and I never to swimming or anything with my friends just because of that. What can I do to fix it? or is it too late to fix it?

Ah, a friend of mine whos 17 also has a pretty big hole in his chest that he's had his whole life. It shouldnt cause any real problems unless it gets REALLY severve because then it can start pressing on your organs. He used to be pretty self concious about it but I dont think it bothers him as much now. It in a shirt you can't notice it and when he goes swimming he just wears a surf shirt thing. And there is a surgury to correct it.

I had that, it is called pectus excavatum, there's a surgical operation you will get, I exceptionally propose IT, I were given it 2 years in the past, sure it damage like hell, yet my self belief went way up, ask your health care specialist about it. you're going to love your existence alot better after it truly is done, the before you get it finished, the better, good success. also don't worry how undesirable it truly is, mine became a 8/10, and my chest seems thoroughly widespread today, it awesome, get the surgical operation. Plus chicks dig scars

If it didn't kill you in 16 years, probably nothing serious...have it seen by an MD anyway...
