Happy 1st Anniversary!!!

1. Eat the top layer of your wedding cake.
2. Plan a picnic with paper plates and cups. If you saved any of these items from you wedding reception, use them!
3. Have a paper treasure hunt for your spouse. Leave clues throughout the house that eventually lead to a romantic location.
4. Use paper flowers for a centerpiece for your anniversary dinner. Or use the dried bouquet from your wedding.
5. Stuff a pinata or pretty box with new paper money, confetti, love note, book on romance, magazine, love coupons, paper flower, picture of the two of you, etc.
6. Print tickets for a movie night and watch your wedding video.
7. An anniversary journal to record your memories of your anniversaries throughout your marriage. You may think that you will never forget how you celebrated your anniversaries, but the chances are you will! Write down how you spent your anniversary together, and what gifts you gave to one another.

1st Anniversary Traditional Gift: Paper. It symbolizes the strength in paper that comes from the interlaced connection of the paper's individual threads.

Traditional First Year Anniversary Gift (Paper)

... For no money at all you can let him have the remote control..
I'm kidding
A nice meal at home but dress up nice... or not at all.
I've been married 4 years and in my experience my husband loves when I initiate the sex.

Good Luck and Congrats

Now that the nice weather is here, make a picnic dinner and either eat things you had at your reception or drink the wine you had at the wedding, etc. Just do things that remind you of the wedding. Inexpensive and still lets him know it was the happiest day of your life : )

Congrats and have fun!!!
