Yes, you could still get pregnant. Guys will often leak 'pre-***' which can carry sperm in it. Even if he pulls out before he shoots the mother load, some of that early sperm could potentially reach your eggs. The 'likelihood' of it happenin?? Not as good of a chance as if he came inside you, but if it were me and I was NOT wanting to get pregnant, I'd be using condoms or another reliable birth control method.
Also, you're taking a chance on getting STDs. You might think that you could only get them if he's been super promiscuous (and might not worry if he's only been with one or two other girls), but it only takes one person to transmit disease - AND he might not even have symptoms or know he has anything until it's too late.
Get the facts. Get tested. Take care of you and your body. Good luck.

Yes absolutely. The chances are not as great but it is still possible. Before a guy ***$ completely there is what I will call a pre ejaculation that is small but real. Trust me he will start waiting longer and longer to pull out he is a guy . Get on birth control and don't ruin your life and get pregnant.

Yes you can get pregnant. The "pull out" method is not in any way an effective form of birth control.

Ok, two things:
#1, I agree with the other answers regarding pre-ejaculate. I've also heard it called the "advance droplet," which I can't help but find funny, but the science of it is that YES it can contain sperm, and it can make its way out before his actual Big Moment.
#2, One of my aunt's favorite jokes was always "You know what they call women who let their men use the pull-out method to prevent pregnancy? Mothers."
Good luck to you!

Yes there is a thing called prec.um that leaks out after an erection that is full of sperm...you really can't tell as it can come out at anytime before or after insertion...why are you NOT using protection????

In theory No you can't because the sperm is not inside the vagina. But in actuality, it's near impossible to pull out in time so as the sperm is never ejaculated.

Yes because as soon as a male gets an erection there is already sperm being ejaculated in what is most commonly referred to as "pre-***".

Yes, because there is always the chance of pre-ejaculation and that still carries sperm.
