I have four of them but only one seems to be sick and I don't want to see it die.Any ideas?

Seperate the sick one and put it in a tank with raised temps. The water temps can be up to 80F and the basking area up to 95F. The increased temps will help the immune system of the little guy.

RES and other hatchlings have a high mortality rate and it is quite common for them to die, even with the best care from a vet. They're just not strong enough and mother nature never intended for them to make it. Best thing is increase the temps and hope for the best.
