What is the difference legally and in general

Not certain if it varies in law, but generally subjective is the view of things/reality/situations etc as they pertain to you. Objective is being able to put aside ones own views and beliefs and view the same situations.
for example.... say you don't believe in abortion, so you would atomatically want to look down on someone who has had one. Thats subjective. If you can put aside the fact that you are against abortion, and consider why she has made that choice, her reasons etc, that is objective.

I believe in general subjective is kind of case by case law that is loosely interpreted, but objective is specific.

I could be wrong though.
