Does this sound ok?

Question

Tonight I am going out to dinner and the mall with my sister and I was wondering what other people thought of this outfit:

A long white skirt
A low cut dark brown shirt that has sparkly stuff around the neckline
Hair down
A gold sequence belt
And gold eyeshadow and a thin line of black eyeliner and of course a soft pink lip gloss


What do you think?

Well, I guess the lip color is more of a rose color. And we are going out to a nice place to eat, that's why it's a bit much, I suppose.

I got the skirt at Bealles and the top at The Body Shop.

Do not wear a white skirt to the mall. You have to think that WHITE is a hard color to keep clean, and with so many people at the mall, you are BEGGING to get something on that skirt.

Trade the white skirt for a pair of jeans or a khaki pair of dress pants and it's a cute outfit. Now instead of a soft pink lip gloss do this.

Take the gold eye-shadow. Rub your pinkie in it and get a very light coating on your finger. Lick your lips and then rub the eye shadow onto your lips. Add a coat of clear lip gloss and you have a sub-dued version of color matching lipcolor.

Sounds out dated/ old and a bit much for the mall. How about the skirt take the sparkly stuff off the neckline of the shirt, some brown eyeshadow with brown eyeliner, lip gloss and a nice pair of earings (not big goddy ones) and a pair of strappy sandals that match your shirt.

Sounds cute, I would swap the long white skirt for a shorter lenght, around the knees or a little past it. It's summer, keep it light. Everything else sounds great. Maybe some brown wedge shoes and you're ready!

nicely executed! i'm particular he will like it! The starter sounds okay to me on that's own, yet I worry that it will be somewhat too filling for the lasagne, that's totally just about a meal in itself - pasta is extremely filling. would I respectfully advise this. It also would not genuinely want cooking, and should be made in strengthen. the soft pink lip gloss in my opinion clashes with everything else, like the gold and the brown. perhaps rose is better

i don't think i wear the gold eyeshadow, but i always loved the long skirts when i was 60 pounds thinner. the outfit sounds great . good luck!!!!!!

Too showy for the mall, it maybe better for somewhere like Rodeo Drive.

brown and gold goes well but your white skirt will ruin it..
try a brown skirt or maybe even denim capri's.

i like it but its a bit much for just going to the mall and you should use a light shimmerye lipgloss
