The hot coffee 'mod' is in the PS2 version, so it's not really a mod but a part of the game that was hidden from regular play at the demand of the sensors probably. You need an Action Replay Max 2 and the relevant codes though, which are available from certain forums on the internet.

Most are true but you need to be more specific! There's a walk through manual on the market you can probably pick up cheap now which will reveal allot for you including whats needed to do to100% the game. 98.9% before i got stuck!

there is also a sign under the golden gate bridge sayen no easter eggs here
but most are fake. the only thing that makes me think they are real is that there is a map on the wall of that fellas house(the guy who has all that secret stuff and he tells you to rob the army jet)
and the map has points on different locations on it and i heard the ufos come if you set the date of youre ps2 to holloween and go to the lil probe inn and they are there
