My sister tells me that the pictures I send her are too big. How can I make them smaller to send to her? I'm 73 and still trying to figure this computer out.

It's called yahoo photo mail..I down loaded it for my e-mail. It's great..they pop right up in your e-mails in a decent size..and they have the option to click on the picture to make it big..all with out using up your sisters time and space when she receives it.

There is a limit as to the size of file you can attach and email using Yahoo. Using your favorite photo editing software (mine is Corel Photo Paint), resize the image so that it is smaller in size. Also, you might want to save your image as either a jpg (which you can compress using Corel Photo Paint which sacrifices picture quality) or gif which uses fewer colors. Never use bmp as it eats up memory. I usually shrink my pictures down to about 2" X 3" or 800 by 600 resolution. I hope this helps.
