I would make people not want to kill... no more killing of each other, no more violence, and no more killing/abusing animals.

The Labour government. Benefit will be positve. Install a Conservative one, benifit negative. Also the governors of the BBC. Positive we could save money.

My 24 year old sons attitude to life IE the world owes him a living, he's lazy , selfish and self centred ! the benefits i wouldn't have to work 12 days in a row and we could sleep at night not having to worry about the police knocking on the door. sorry folks needed a moan feel better now.

I'd capitalise "if", take the spaces from before the commas, add an extra period for a proper ellipsis and finally, get rid of the extra question mark.
Benefits? Pedantically positive- correct grammar and punctuation but hardly necessary.
