it could be blood pressure issues, with increased heart rate comes increased blood pressure...does this happen during any other physical activity? If not, it could be position or lack of O2 to the brain or perhaps you need to slow your breathing. Change one thing at a time and it it doesn't resolve see your MD...there's nothing worse than getting a pain in the head right when the big O happens.

You need to breath during sex I know it feels good but holding your breath doesnt make it any better just realx and breath so you wont get the headaches, if that doesn't work then tell him that your to close to the wall and to let you go down towards the edge of the bed.

during sexual intercourse blood flow increase to all organs of the body that's what causes the penis to erect...the same may occur with the brain.
also this may be because increase in the blood flow that causes increases in the intracerebral pressure..
