Fusion is the atomic reaction that powers the Sun. It usually takes place at extremely high temperatures/pressures.
Cold Fusion, as it says, is the combining or fusing of two or more atoms to form one atom of larger/heavier size at relatively cold temperatures.
Fusion as opposed to fission in which one atom splits to form two or more lesser atoms and sundry particles.
Cold Fusion has never been successfully accomplished here hence, I don't see how anyone can tell you how to make it.

Depending what you mean by Cold Fusion, there is a computer software made by Macromedia (now a part of Adobe) with the same name except that they call it ColdFusion instead of Cold Fusion.

Adobe ColdFusion is a software for you to do web development. You can download a developer version of the server for free on www.adobe.com.
