Depends on the size and physical make-up of a person. Anything more than 70% is a crap shoot.....

When you lose:
- 10%, no remarkable change happens.
- 15-20%, heartbeat increases, blood pressure remains within normal values if you lie down.
- 20-40%, blood pressure plummets, skin goes pale, heavy sweating.
- 45% (about 2.7 liters) and over, you die in the absence of prompt medical attention.

About half of their total blood supply. However it will make them extremely weak and sick and they would need intense hospitilization and rehabilitation. But they'd live.
