No doubt the economic policies of Lenin and Stalin succeeded.. The first commenced building the socialist economy of the soviet Union and in a short time changed the sick economy into a rising developed one and the second built a strong social economy to conquer the German in the second world 2 and later on to send the first man to the space and the moon...

Did Stalin have economic policies? Much of his reign was marked by a kind of irreconcilable double-think that gave birth to that term and by a service to self that earned him the title dictator. Lenin didn't re all have them either, though; he was too busy trying to secure a revolution to do anything effective

' Das Kapital ' I'd have to say it resembles present legislation AND policy. So I'll just leave it at the following:
