Find a school that offers evening classes, so you can continue working during the day. Or cut back to part-time at work, and go to school during the rest of the time.

Unfortunately, with a family to support, you should probably at least try to keep working part-time.

As far as paying for school, fill out a FAFSA and see what the government will give you. Also check out scholarships and grants at the school you choose.

You could always do what I do. I attend the University of Phoenix. The have online classes but I attend a local campus. We attend class on night a week for 5 weeks. And the nice thing is we only focus on one class at a time instead of 4 or 5 classes at once. Go online and Google University of Phoenix and fill out the questionaire. In a few days someone will contact you if there is a campus in your area. There is over 100 campus' in the US and Canada. The school helps you apply for grants and student loans that don't have to be paid off until you graduate.

If the reason for going back to school is to make more money to help your family ,you will notice you will be taking more time away from your family.

I have notice this in my own situation the schooling takes time them when you get your job in order to make good money you have to work full time or to get a promotion you have to put in the time.

My solution I took a internet course an now I work from home an make very very good money thank God .

Sher, it's good that you want to further up in education. Anytime you asked yourself "how" many thoughts came to your mind. Thoughts of impossibilities. I bet you Jesus even said if we believe in Him, we can do great things than Himself. You can make it no matter what the circumstance will be. There is nothing that one can not achieve. You can even do better than Napoleon. Save some money for your first semester and get started. When you get started, you see that lovely friends and relatives will come to your aid, in both your education and caring for your kids... All the best!

How can you afford school, and books, and misc. fees, on top of everything else? I think this is a recipe for disaster, but I wish you the best.
