You didn't tell what kind of processor each has. That's probably what the difference is.

The processor and the Graphics Cards are the two big factors when it comes to gaming. I usually download the latest drivers, and tweak the game to run smoothly. I recently bought and Alienware computer for $3000. So I buff up the graphics all the way without worrying how it runs.
