The dongle is probably from Garmin or Globsat, not from CKK, since CKK sems to be just a reseller, not a munufacturer. Try looking for the manufacturer name on the equipment, then search the manufacturer's website for the driver.

it gained't installation the controls in common words the driving force. visit gadget manager to work out to locate extra suggestions about the gadget, call etc. Alternitively receive workstation wizard if gadget manager does not help.
