I have my theories, but I prefer to think we all have our good driving days and our bad driving days, rather than the idea there are certain people out there who commit driving faux paus on a regular basis.

If I'm wrong, however, those people seriously need to knock it off.

Because they feel safe and secure in their metal boxes. They can't fathom the damage they could in-cure by an 80,000 pound vehicle smashing into them because they failed to MERGE into traffic. And besides our highways are inadequate for the increasing volume of traffic they have to handle.
Just this morning i was reading in the Portland Tribune (Portland OR) that they expect one million more residents to occupy housing in the immediate Portland area by 2035. There are already 2 million there and it is crowded.
At least Portland has the right idea with the Max transit in place. Keeps a lot of cars off the road.

because ***.holes don't let some people over and speed up as soon as they see a blinker go on, I watch it happen all the time, and I know how to drive aggressively like an ***, but alot of people dont and they are chickens who end up getting a pair at the last minute so they wont miss their exit or they ,wait to pull onto the freeway before being run off the road by ***.holes who would not let them in when they were attempting to merge

Their stupid and don't know how to drive. I hate when they do this, it makes me angry. You knew before you got to this point that you would need to be in the lane I'm in. Don't wait till the last minute to squeeze in or block two lanes because you wanted to get over and can't fit in the space.

'cuz they are probably distracted, thinking about something else - yammering on the phone, not paying attention to what they are doing. others, i think, might feel "entitled" -- a sort of "too bad, too sad" mentality, as if they own the road.

Because they want to be ahead of everyone else---maybe they are late for work, or whatever
