Besides me, is there anyone on the site that enjoys watching The MLS? Please list your country too, because I'm courious to see how different countries react. PLEASE DONT INSULT AMERICA OR THE MLS, because it destroys character, it is immature, and you are representing your country even if you dont know it. Thank you and I apreciate the feedback :)

@ Belarus94 - its ok i respect yur opinion and I know your not saying that just to be mean
@ Sleepy Toads... - yeah europe ball is better than MLS, but you too, know that people from a country tend to like their league more than outsiders
@ slaughter20 - I totally agree, US went to the quarters in 2002 because we were underestrimated. That's how Ghana went through this year. It's better now, that we are, again, underestimated :)

@ italia_calcio10 - yeah europe is much better, but like I said, people tend to like their own league more than someone from another country
@ clockwork_or... - Yeah, but the reason the sal. caps are so low is because the MLS is still generally new (11 years), and usually leagues go bankrupt around the 15 year mark, but the ones that survive go one to be graet (i.e. English Premiere League). And I think Bruce A. did a great job, by bringing us to to the quarter finals in 2002 and ranked 4th in 2006, but I did mess up in this WC.
@ semejantehij... - I understand about the ticket prices, but the MLS does have alot of up-and-coming stars. But attempting to by Ronaldo wasn't the best move, but if they bought him, there would be more people going to the games just to see him, even if he doesn't do much.

I come from South America and I think the MLS is really bad. They need to follow the example of the Mexican League (it's getting better) and invest in young talent from abroad to reinforce the national players and also start participating in competitions the likes of Copa Libertadores and the national team needs to start accepting the invitations to Copa America.

I am the founder of the Wrecking Crew in Columbus. (We were the original ultras for the Crew. We travelled even back in 96.......)
But, to be honest, NONE of us go anymore. The fact that we can sit at home and watch other leagues that are so much better is the main reason.
We found that after the novelty wore off. (About 2 years) We just couldnt take it anymore. We were entertaining ourselves at the games.
And to think we could do that anywhere, and not pay to do it.
I really hope it gets better. But until then, I cannot and will not support an inferior product.
I think part of the answer would be better players from abroad. I understand keeping salary caps down, but almost every other league does it, why not us? It would only make our players better.
But then again, that mentality got us Bruce Arena as a coach. When they were looking, the other names interested were Franz Beckenbauer, Ruud Gullit, and an Italian coach. They took Arena because he is American.
Thats the kind of thinking that keeps US Soccer 15 years behind most other leagues.

Oh man. It's SOOO boring! I was watching the Chicago Fire vs. The New England Revolution yesterday and I almost fell asleep. I'll stick to watching Serie A, which is so much more FUN! I'd rather watch AC Milan than Real Salt Lake anyday! I'd rather watch Kaka, Francesco Totti, Alessandro Del Piero than Pat Noonan, Taylor Twellman, Cobi Jones, and Landon Donovan anyday! If you're watching MLS, STOP! Watch Serie A, Premiership, Spanish Primera, or German Bundesliga now!

you know their problem is that they are cheap, they only hire good old retiring players, example...the red bulls wanted RONALDO, they offered more than 100 millions for 10 years, that's stupid, ronaldo the way he's been playing for the last 3 years is on his way to become an average player, there are a bunch of good players in the world but i guess mls don't feel enough support from audience to feel brave enough to get a good player, they don't have to go too far, mexico, argentina and brasil export some of the best players in the globe.
i know most mls games are boring but since we have a team in houston i would love to go but... i'm cheap and hate the fact that a ticket cost me $20, i hate that you can watch a baseball game for $5 and a football game for $10 and freaking soccer that doesn't have as much support as other sports thet wanna charge you too much for it, if tickets cost me 5 or 10 i'd go to every local game the Dynamo(by the way... shitty-*** name) plays, i'd support the mls.
i don't feel i'm insulting your country or its league if i am i apologize, i'm from honduras and "i know our league is not the best"

little off the topic the MLS is ok, but I am just pissed about the USA team in the world cup....how can u tie the world champions and get killed your other two games.....what is the deal with that, until the U.S. wins it all in the world cup we will always be laughed at. so people should make fun of us, it will give us more motivation to do better, it will give us attitude, give us something cause the U.S. didnt show anything to me in the world cup, with the exception of freakin Italy which was a odd game altogether.
