I sign in and in flashes back and forth between signing in and welcome. I don't know what to do. I've reinstalled it like four times and it still won't work

I would suggest you delete your temporary files and cookies and clear your browser cache. Then run a complete virus scan. Also, delete all the unnecessary mail in the new, old, sent, spam boxes. And. loose some of the icons on your desktop. And, in the future, be very, very careful what file/mail u open.
You might want to try the calender and return to the day before last date the system was working. here's how---Hit Start tab--->All programs---> Accessories--->System restore---> Restore my System to an earlier time, hit next---> Calender will appear--->Select date, hit next-->
The computer will shuit down and restore to the earlier time.
If it continues to happen, get in touch with your service provider. It doesn't sound as though it will clear up on its own.

theres probly a problem with ur internet connection.
like, ur internet connection is probly dropping on and off too quickly.
