does anyone know how to make a lei out of money?

i need a good website or instructions on how to make a lei out of money. my sister graduates this thursday so its kind of a last minute thing.

zig zag fold them like you would a paper fan. Starting on a short side folding toward the other short side. Tie a piece of string around the middle and fluff. Make a loop of string as long as you would like the lie and tie the dollar to it. Trim the ends. Repeat with the rest of the money. I hope that helps.
