Sorry honey, pain is gain on this one. the longer you wear them, the longer you'll be able to waer them as your feet and legs get used to them. It's worth it though

Well, although I have no idea why you would want to, patience.
Wear them as long as you can & try for a longer session in two days. You could do reverse stretches.
Did you know that if you do that, you will shorten the muscles in the back of your leg to the point that you will have a hard time wearing flats again. I have a dancer friend who has that problem. High heels all the time

I read this article awhile ago it says if you wear heels that are 2 inches or higher you need to stretch your calves. if you don't the tightness in you lower legs can tug on your lower back.
Then I would wear them around the house just doing everyday things till you get use to them.

Stand on your tippy-toes, then down. Repeat. Many times. Also, scrunch up towels with your toes and write the alphabet in the air with your foot. And make sure the shoes are big enough that your toes don't get scrunched up, but not so big that they slide around. Fit is super-important. And try platforms--extra height without having your foot so angled. Good luck.

Hey Marnie! What I do with my 5" stilettos is wear them for 2-3 hours then take them off for about 15-20 minutes and walk around barefoot as well as briefly massage my feet!
Doing this allows me to wear them as long as I want to.
I hope this helps you!
