I think the rule for bra-wearing (if you're not a skanky hoochie, that is, and if you were, I doubt you'd ask this question) is: if you put a pencil under your boob and it stays in place, you have to wear a bra. But if the top has a built-in bra, then you should be OK. There are convertible bras or bras with clear straps, but don't wear one where the straps go across your shoulders--that looks tacky. Again, leave the look for skanky types. But I don't think a little bit of bra strap peeping out is too bad with a regular tank top, just with halter tops.

I am afraid of the day when my breasts will start to droop due to gravity, so I wear a bra 24 / 7. I am so serious!
I suggest wearing a bra with everything for anyone a B cup and higher.
Unless the shirt has a built in bra, wear a strapless that is one size smaller in the width so that it is tight enough and won't keep falling down like most strapless bras do.
So if you are a B34 you would get a B32 strapless bra.

Sometimes there are built in bras, but even if you aren't comfortable with that, than you can get a really good strapless bra. Get one that fits you kinda snug, cuz you don't want to have to keep pulling it up! Trust me!! That is ah-noying!! That is one thing I hate about halters, but once I got a strapless I loved them! Don't let a silly bra stop you from wearing a very cute style of shirt!! =)

If there is a shelf in the bra and you are a small cup no need for it, BUT, if you are a larger cup or there is no shelf, wear a strapless, or wear a convertable bra. I personally feel safer and a little more covered when I wear a convertable bra under my halters, no need to worry about lil' accidents.

You can wear a strapless one or wear one that has clear straps. I see some ppl wear a normal bra with a halter. It kinda depends on the style. If the color goes with the shirt its not too bad but strapless or clear straps is the best way to go.

Depends on the kind of breasts you have. If they're small and perky, no. If you're on the bigger or droopier side, then a halter style or a strapless is in everyone's best interests. If they have a built in bra, then no. But again, I would suggest that a bigger & droopier woman not wear these.

If it will lesson the chances of showing off your headlights then by all means cover up with a haltertop bra. You can find them at Victoria Secrets for sure. If you have the goods and don't need to, then by all means leave the bra at home. My sister buys these nude flower stickers and puts them over the nipple part to cover it. I'm not that lucky, I need a bra. ha ha

Not if the straps will show, although there are now bra's with clear straps for that purpose now. If it doesn't have built in support you can also wear a strapless bra
