It's hard I know. I've had to give up eating entire hams at the dinner table, now I have to get by on nothing but a deep fried turkey...

Hey, I am in the same boat as you. I've put on 30 lbs since last year and i have tried everything. I'm sticking to atleast 20 min of cardio a day, and just watch how much you eat and make sure you are eating enough! People dont realize that you can't just have 3 little meals, you have to make sure you intake atleast 1600 or 1800 calories a day or your body will just store it and you will never loose weight! Believe me, i'm dealing with all this right now.

If ur periods about 2 start then u probably feel bloated.
You can type in on google BMI
that way u can find out if ur body weight is normal for age and height.
Also go 4 a check up at ur docator and ask him/her if u need 2 lose any weight if u ask they can print out a chart that will show u.

First start by dieting. Then choose an exercise program that you like. Exercise doesn't have to be standing in front of your TV working out to Denise Austin. Maybe you like to dance, ride a bike, take a walk in a park. If you have a dog you can take it for a walk with you..they will benefit as well. Just find something you like to do and watch what and how you eat. Good luck.

Okay for one.... and this is a smart butt answer; please learn how to spell. Use spell check, it may save you on any further errors. But on the serious tip here, you haven't as of yet actually provided me or everyone else here in yahoo all of the details? I mean there are obviously other "critical" things calculated in with your "weight problem". Such as your height, heritage, and if the problem is related to your family? I mean is it in your genes? Please let me try to explain : if your 5"2' and weigh 175+ then I would most definitely be asking Dr. Phil for some help. And any other types of criteria that falls into the same category.

I felt the same way. on the lifetime channel Denise Austin is on every morning and I tape it and do it every day, the WHOLE HOUR and I shed some of the fat. I am very happy now. She also gives good advise while you are doing the work out with her. I don't know how she can cause I am gasping and sweating but it worked for me

Go on a diet like this: Eliminate pasta, rice, potatoes, and bread or anything that contains flour from your diet. You will lose weight really fast. I did this and lost 20 pounds within 2 months.

Well hot Mommy I'm over weight to but if your like me your not
willing to satisfy your favorite meals. So I got this ab lounge thingy from my Grandmother- you don't have to sacrifice your favorite
food and it still works although I do try to drink water and take my vitamins I'm not quite there yet but I can feel and see a difference.

eat less, cut maels in half, walk or run every day, stay active , get alot of sleep, try and sleep an extra hour every day, you burn fat even while you sleep and remember that those woman in the magazines are well made up and we do not know what they go through to get their thin bodies and some are computer generated , always remember you are beautiful , and stay away from negative people at all times.
