I, also, received a cashier's check from them, drawn on Bank of America, N.A. San Antonio, Texas. I haven't investigated it further though. Please post if you guys come up with anything more. I am sure it's a scam, but I have been trying to figure out how someone can benefit from sending someone else a bogus cashier's check. ??? Any ideas appreciated. I'm not really good at dealing with stuff like this. The envelope was mailed from Quebec, Canada, and the phone number in the letter traces back to someone in Nova Scotia. *shrugs* G*d only knows where this Bank of America location is, stamped on the check. US HWY 41 & Pine Mtn Rd? Anyone?

I actually got a Bank of America cashiers check in the mail from this company so... instead of calling the # in the letter I called Bank of America to validate the cashiers check and they said "we have NO RECORD of that cashiers check being sold, or the account number associated with the check." I think I may mail it to my local DA's office.
