As a very inexperienced young Police officer in the East End of London, I was out on patrol with an older officer (1966). We saw a young man acting suspiciously and every now and again, he would take a handkerchief out of his pocket and put it up to his nose. This happened several times whilst we watched from cover. Eventually, we got to him without him seeing us and we grabbed him thinking that he was using some sort of drugs - which were in fact a rarity in those days. He denied everything so my colleague took the hanky out of the mans pocket and examined it. You may not believe it but it was a turd ( a stick of sh*it) which he had been sniffing................ unbelievable but true.

lol, sometimes they find there little kids reading books.....like barney's learning adventures. That, or they find stoles toilet paper cus they couldn't afford to buy it.
