That's actually kind of vague, but here are my thoughts:
Visit your OB/GYN or Midwife.
Eat a healthy diet.
Don't smoke.
Don't drink.
Don't do drugs or participate in physically dangerous activities (like cliff diving) ;)
If your money is tight, see if your state has a WIC (women infants and children) program that gives you checks for stuff like milk, eggs, and cheese and offers nutrition counseling.
Drink plenty of water and cut down on sodas and junk food.
Anything else regarding your pregnancy is probably a bit more personal between yourself and your baby's father and possibly your families depending on how old you are and your current situation.

Talk to your parents about it. Or if they'll just lecture you, talk to your friends. Definitely talk to whoever got you pregnant. If you're religious, go see a priest or minister or rabbi. Doctors are good too.
Above all, don't panic. You're not the first person on Earth to get pregnant, nor is it necessarily a terrible thing. There are people who are able and willing to help you; you just have to ask.

Congratulations - I know how you feel - I am now 17 weeks pregnant and was pleasantly surprised. Buy prenatal vitamins and call your doctor. It's very important that the baby has folic acid in the first trimester.

You need to see a doctor first. He or she will exam you and check to find out how far gone you are. It is important to remember the date of your last period as it helps in determining your due date.
You did not say whether you are married or not. But if you have family, you will be needing their support once the story is out.
Good luck.

Go to the Dr, take prenatal vitamins, and get a pregnancy book so you know what's going on during each stage of development. Do not drink alcohol, or smoke. Eat healthy and drink lots of fluids.

It would be good to talk to a doctor to talk about options. If you don't have a doctor you trust (since I don't know how old you are) check out Planned Parenthood. Check out your options to see what's best for you.

Make sure you consult your doctor so you know that everything is good. They will make you get some blood tests done.
