I am 14 yrs old and i am thin , but i cant help it when it comes to chocolates and sweets and i like eatin out-doors a lot like Mc Donalds , pizza hut and i also like junk food and coke and etc .

but i am tryin to watch my body as much as i can , in the last 3 yrs i didnt gain any pound or lose any , my weight is da same in da last three yrs.

have any ideas ??? how can i keep my body like that but by not stoppin eatin a junk food and chocolates ?

i play horse back riddin (jockey) and i go to the gym but not a lot .

There is a reason they call junk food JUNK - I love all that stuff too, but I also CHOOSE to enjoy healthier foods. If you only eat junk AND focus on staying thin at age 14, you will wreck your health for the rest of your life. With your current diet, you are creating future metabolism, gall bladder, liver, kidney and heart problems.

If you want to stay thin AND healthy, cut back (not out) the junk, and swim. Swimming develops longer, smoother muscles for a healthy look without the bulk.

NO junk food. No fast food like hamburgers, fries, stuff... eat healthy. Do not skip meals. Exercise! make a habit of walking around the block every day. Getting into healthy habits now will prevent problems in future. Good for you!

Well since you are only 14 you should just exercise a little but don't worry about it too much because you still have 5 years of growth yet.

Eat well and exercise. As you get older it will become harder to keep your weight down without exercising - so the least you can do is to keep eating better and better as you get older. Try to slow down on the candy, and fast food and replace it with healthier foods that you do like such as fruits, healthy cereals, and yogurt.

just keep on what u r doin, but remember skinny is not always attracted guys like curvy with some meat on there bones thats why alot of boys like me i have blonde hair lbue eys and i a m white with a tan. so yeah jsut keep on doin that hun ok? and u will stay like that good luck wuv ya!

Try eating healthy from now on. Just excersize and eat right! Your metabolism might slow down around that age so you might experience a little weight gain, but with proper excersize and healthy eating habits you'll stay lean and healthy!

Girl I'm 14 also and I'm one who knows. For us really we don't have to cut down on food or nuthin' like that we just gotta get in sports like Volleyball, Basketball, play soccer- or do something crazy like playing tag wit' yo friends or something just get active.

Drink a glass of milk almost everyday, drink plenty of water, and do yoga. Or some other activity.

it depends on ur metebolism rate if its fast then u can eat and eat and nothin will happen, just try not 2 eat that crap, i was overwieght and stopped eatin that and i lost fat and gained muscle(football)

Exercise and eat what you want, but don't get real full. Stop eating as soon as you can.
