spicy food shouldn't make a difference. It's odd that you can feel the baby move at 3.5 months. Have you been to you doctor to see if they are accurate on your due date...or maybe you are feeling indigestion. Also if you are bleeding that needs to be checked out immediately. You should never bleed during pregnancy.

It is pretty much impossible to feel the fetus move at this stage in pregnancy, what you are feeling is most likely gas or just normal GI function. The earliest most women feel fetal movement is 19 weeks. And craving hot foods is just another craving, nothing at all unusual. And you are NOT still having a period, alot of women report they have a period during pregnancy, this is entirely impossible because when having a period you are shedding the uterine lining. The uterus is where the amniotic sac holding the fetus is so it is not possible to have actual periods during pregnancy, most vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is either from the cervix as it is heavily engorged with blood and even sexual activity can cause some spotting. Or, it can be caused from Placenta Previa, that is where the placenta has grown over the opening to the uterus {cervix} and in alot of cases the placenta will move up later in pregnancy and a normal birth is possible.
If you are really pregnant go to the doctor, get a exam and a ultrasound.

Most cravings in pregnancy are harmless to satisfy, as long as it's not too much junk food or something that's going to cause lots of gastric distress.
Nothing at all wrong with hot or spicy foods. Women in cultures all over the world eat this food regularly and it poses no problem. I'm an American "fire eater" myself and enjoyed lots of Thai, Mexican and such when pregnant!
Speaking of gatric distress, that might be what you're feeling in your tummy since fetal movement is not usually detected until at least 16 weeks. The average is more like the 5th or 6th month.
You said you're still having your period. Hmmm...that could be spotting or bleeding related to the pregnancy so please call your doctor. Or......you might not be pregnant. Have you actually done the blood test?

If you are only 3 1/2 months.. .you shouldn't be feeling the baby moving yet. The only problem with eating spicy food is if you get heartburn from it. Otherwise, if you are craving it, there is probably something in it (nutrition wise) that your body is lacking...

I was told that it's normal to spot during pregnancy, but if you're concerned, talk to your doctor. I wouldn't worry about the cravings, though. That's a normal occurence.

spicy foods can increase ur chances of having constipation issues and hemrhoids, so be careful. and probably all that salt intake isnt good either. but if u cant stop, increase ur water intake to remove all the salt and impurities out ur system.
