He was married about 8 years ago but can't find his divorce papers, can we find a way to find them for little or no charge?

Divorce records are public records; you should be able to go to the county courthouse where the divorce was recorded and just look at it and probably get a copy for $.50 a page or so.

Depends on your state. My county Clerk of Courts' office records are online and free to anyone. Check for the Clerk of Court's office in the county where the divorce took place to see.

Don't know where you live, but in Kansas divorce decrees are public records. Just go to the court house and request them.

It cost me $11 to get a copy of my divorce records (I lost the orinigal in a move). Just contact your local county clerk.

if he says he got a divorce then go to the place to where he got a divorce and go to records dept an you might find it there. i dont understand why he just remember where he got divorced.good luck.

depends what state u are in i have a web site for missouri to find anything on someone as in devorce or any police charges. and all u need to know is the persons first and last name.
